Online pharmacy

Our core business is online pharmacy. In addition to prescription medicines (Rx), our assortment features over-the-counter (OTC) and consumer health as well as beauty and personal care (BPC) products. Private labels, including nutritional supplements, painkillers, first aid products and other OTC medicines also complement our offering.

Marketplace services

Together with our marketplace partners, we ensure that patients and customers have easier and faster access to a wider range of products. That’s why our business model for marketplace services is based on two dimensions: assortment expansion and fast delivery.

Assortment expansion

We use our leading market position and our large customer base to provide an easy, low-threshold entry into the online business. Today, more than 1,500 partners – pharmacies and sellers – in Europe are already expanding the comprehensive and specialised product catalogue available to our patients and customers.

Fast delivery

In cooperation with our network of partner pharmacies and last-mile partners, we increase convenience and offer same-day delivery via the DocMorris Express service.

Professional health services

As a customer-centric business, our products and services are designed to cater for individual needs. We provide a range of services and offerings to key players in the health industry, such as doctors, pharmacies, insurers, and health institutions throughout Europe. This creates added value for patients and customers based on a seamless health journey: from creating condition awareness to solutions for diagnoses and treatments, as well as adherence and monitoring.


In Germany, we connect patients with doctors via telemedicine. About 1,500 doctors are already actively using the Teleclinic service, which has been used to carry out more than 1.6 million telemedical treatments to date.

Pharmaceutical companies

We are partnering with pharmaceutical companies to improve the digital health journey for our patients and customers. In doing so, we combine our e-commerce and telehealth expertise with the experience of leading treatment providers for various health conditions.

These partnerships come to life on DocMorris Care, a digital hub that helps people living with various conditions to find the right care management and treatment options for a better quality of life.

Health insurers

We simplify processes for insurers by providing their customers with a comprehensive range of services that include medication ordering and management, automated prescribing, direct billing, and qualified pharmaceutical advice. In this way, we make an active contribution to patient health.
